Meet your Women’s Wellbeing Circle hosts
We are two women who are passionate about sharing our knowledge and skills to enable others to care deeply for themselves. We are skilled practitioners in mindfulness meditation, therapeutic massage and health and wellbeing coaching, with over 20 years’ experience between us. Since 2020 we have been running the ‘Body and Mind Wellbeing’ online courses and Facebook group to support people with their wellbeing throughout the pandemic and beyond. And as mums and small business owners, we are also very familiar with the challenges of stress, overwhelm and responsibilities, and understand how hard it can be to maintain health and wellbeing. We’re on the journey with you!
