A regular practice of mindfulness meditation and soothing self-massage and movement techniques has been shown to help you to calm your nervous system and relieve tension, both in the short and long term. So together with Little Crystal Minds, we have created a new monthly Body and Mind Wellbeing Programme, launching in February.
We will be exploring topics such as dealing with stress and anxiety, sleep, self-compassion and treating common aches and pains. At the heart of this programme is a series of LIVE, relevant, and practical online workshops. And a host of supplementary support is available when you sign up for 6 sessions or the full 12-month programme.
